• Management and control of contractual relationships.

The legal basis for this treatment will be the contractual relationship, or other type, that you maintain with the controller and the consent you grant by accepting this notice. The data generated will be kept as long as you maintain the relationship with the controller and, subsequently, during the statute of limitations for legal actions, which in some cases can reach 10 years.

Image processing The controller documents the public events it organizes with photographs and videos for the purpose of disseminating them on its website or other public information spaces such as: the website itself, social networks where FrigosInn has a profile, and its own publications or the press. The processing of these images is legitimized by the consent of the data subjects granted before their capture and by the application of Article 8 of LO 1/1982 on the protection of the right to honor, privacy, and personal image. Images will be kept as long as the consent granted is not revoked.

Personal data is stored in FrigosInn’s general administration database, which, in any case, guarantees the technical and organizational measures to preserve the integrity and security of the information it processes.

Security

The general database is equipped with the mandatory security document and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the data provided. The processing of personal data is adjusted to the regulations established in Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and guarantee of digital rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016.
